Feeling invaded by commercial advertising, he decides to get his own back. Whenever he has no clients or during family trips Oscar gets out of his car and transforms billboards with his own collages and drawings. There are more than 800 of his creations - ironic and provocative in nature throughout the city. Oscar is bent on defending his freedom and using creative means to resist the disastrous social and economic situation of Argentina today.
